Tech Environment:
- Frontend: Angular 19, TypeScript
- Infrastructure & Tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka, Azure
- Backend: Ruby on Rails
Tasks
- Manage, coach, and empower a team of frontend and backend engineers
- Collaborate with the Product Manager on Epics, estimates, and delivery
- Ensure the platform’s technical scalability, stability, and long-term maintainability
- Promote best engineering practices and uphold code quality
- Actively contribute to the Angular codebase and set technical standards by exampleCollaborate with the Product Manager on Epics, estimates, and delivery
Requirements
- 5+ years of Angular, TypeScript development experience
- 2+ years of experience in people management is a must-have for this role
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team empowerment and collaborative management
- Solid background in building production-ready software as well as maintaining and monitoring its behavior in production
- Hands-on experience with the latest versions of Angular
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence
- Fluent English
- Ruby on Rails is a plus, but not a must
