About Agility Technologies
- Design and develop modern websites and web applications using current front-end technologies
- Build responsive, mobile-friendly user interfaces with strong attention to usability and performance
- Ensure web applications meet accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and best practices
- Collaborate with product, UX, and technical teams to implement features and enhancements
- Troubleshoot issues, resolve defects, and improve overall application stability
- Maintain clean, reusable, well-documented code following development standards
- Support integration with APIs and enterprise backend systems as needed
- Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development practices
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Design, or related field
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing websites or web applications
- Strong understanding of modern web development principles and UI best practices
- Experience delivering responsive web applications across multiple devices and browsers
- HTML
- CSS
- JavaScript
- Experience with modern frameworks such as:
- React
- Angular
Accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG, Section 508 awareness)
- Responsive design and mobile-first development practices
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Must be eligible for and capable of obtaining a U.S. Government security clearance
- Must be currently residing in the United States
- Must be willing to travel occasionally to Washington, DC for in-person meetings
- Build modern web experiences that support mission-driven outcomes
