Nola is building the AI-native account for the next decade — a stablecoin bank account with intelligence supporting every action. We’re looking for a Founding Marketer to own growth, narrative, distribution, content, and experimentation from day one.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a growth marketer in the B2C domain.

Experience taking a product or company from 0 to 1.

Worked at an early-stage startup and driven growth from zero to meaningful user adoption.

Built a public profile through a podcast, YouTube channel, newsletter, Twitter/X audience, Substack, meme page, or similar.

Strong understanding of GTM without brand recognition, large budgets, or existing playbooks.

AI-native mindset with experience building agents, content pipelines, research workflows, automation systems, or outbound engines.

Ability to write, ship, and iterate quickly.

Currently working at a b2c startup.

Strong content creation and storytelling skills.
Responsibilities

Own everything that brings users to Nola and keeps them there — the narrative, the channels, the launch sequence, the founder content, the lifecycle, the experiments.

Define and execute the company narrative.

Own lifecycle marketing and retention programs.
