Jalasoft is on the lookout for a Senior Backend Developer with substantial experience in C#, .NET, and SQL Server to join our dynamic team. This role involves designing and developing robust backend solutions that power innovative applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement scalable and maintainable software solutions while ensuring high performance and reliability. Requirements
Must Have
- 8+ years of proven experience in software development, with a strong focus on C#/.NET.
- Demonstrated expertise as a .NET Developer, with experience in SQL and jQuery development.
- Advanced knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), SOLID principles, design patterns, data structures, and common algorithms, with a strong ability to build scalable and maintainable systems.
- Extensive experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including performance tuning, query optimization, database design, and performance monitoring tools.
- Strong proficiency with Git and CI/CD processes.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Proven ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum environments, delivering high-quality solutions on time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with ETL processes and data transformation workflows.
- Experience with automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience in swarming, pairing, and mob programming.
