Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and innovative Digital Marketing & AI Automation Specialist to support our social media strategy, advertising campaigns, and internal system automations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong grasp of AI tools and automation workflows, as well as hands-on experience in managing social media and content creation in the financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and repurpose content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Design and distribute engaging email newsletters using B-roll and branded assets in Canva
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
- Monitor financial industry trends and news to create timely, compliant content
- Prepare all content for internal and external compliance approval workflows
- Build and manage AI-driven workflows and automations for marketing and client engagement
- Leverage AI tools for content ideation, personalization, and scheduling
- Track and optimize campaign performance, ensuring strong ROI across platforms
- Maintain and manage a robust marketing automation system and content calendar
- Generate and present monthly performance reports, including analytics and insights
- The ability to manage all marketing communication channels from social media, newsletters, to updating website content using front-end developers like Elementor
- To be able to analyse advertising data and understand how to tweak and create landing pages with Elementor and other tools
- To be a dynamic individual that can use ai tools and solutions to solve problems
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in digital marketing with proven results
- Proficiency with social media platforms, Canva, and video editing tools
- Demonstrated experience with Google Ads and Meta campaign management
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Zapier, Make, Notion AI, etc.)
- Ability to create and manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows
- Understanding of FCA compliance and the financial services marketing environment preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Independent worker with a high degree of initiative and accountability
