We’re growing our presence in the US and European markets and looking for a Business Development Manager who knows how to hunt, pitch, and close.
What You’ll Do

Build and manage a pipeline of new clients from scratch — outbound-first

Run full-cycle deals from first touch to signed contract

Work directly with C-level stakeholders on the client side

Develop partnerships and expand our network across US and European markets

Attend industry events and client meetings across Europe
Requirements
-
English C1+ – you’ll work primarily with US and European clients

5+ years of experience in Business Development Managment

Strong understanding of IT outsourcing, outstaffing, custom software development, or AI services
-
Open to business travel across Europe for client meetings and industry conferences
-
Proven outbound track record – pipeline building, deal closing, hitting revenue targets

Comfortable navigating complex negotiations with senior stakeholders
