About the Role
Remote Talent Cloud helps companies build U.S.-based remote teams, and they’re now hiring a Customer Support Specialist to represent their clients’ brands. You’ll be the front line for customers reaching out by phone, email, and chat — solving problems, answering questions, and making sure every interaction leaves a good impression.
This is a fully remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the United States, with both full-time and part-time schedules available.
What you’ll do
- Respond to customer questions across phone, email, and chat
- Deliver fast, friendly, and professional support
- Troubleshoot product and service issues to find the right fix
- Keep accurate, detailed records of every customer interaction
- Stay current on client products, services, and policies
- Share feedback with teammates to keep improving the customer experience
What we’re looking for
- Must be located within the United States
- Fluent English speaker, writer, and reader
- Reliable internet connection and a computer
- A positive, professional attitude with a genuine drive to help people
- Comfortable working independently in a distraction-free home setup
- Prior customer support experience is a plus, but not required
