About the Role
Credit Wellness LLC is a fast-growing fintech startup focused on helping consumers improve their credit profiles. They’re looking for KPI-driven sales reps ready to earn strong commission-based income while working fully remote.
New hires get comprehensive training plus a guaranteed stipend during ramp-up, along with ongoing coaching to help hit financial targets. Top reps can see first-year on-target earnings in the $70K–$90K range, with uncapped upside for high performers.
What you’ll do
- Educate inbound callers on their credit standing through consultative conversations
- Enroll qualified callers into the right service for their situation
- Navigate CRM software, Slack, and Google Sheets as part of daily workflow
- Apply coaching feedback to continuously sharpen your sales approach

- Tech-savvy and comfortable with digital sales tools
- Growth-minded and eager to keep learning
- Self-starter who can work independently and stay accountable
- Patient, empathetic, and professional — especially when finances get personal for clients
