About the Role
Creative Force is scaling fast and looking for enthusiastic people to join their global remote sales team as “Sales Jedis.” You’ll guide prospects through the decision process and turn them into long-term, happy customers of Creative Force’s two in-demand SaaS products.
There’s no commission structure here — the whole company shares in a December profit pool instead, since Creative Force sees great sales as a team effort across engineering, ops, marketing, and support.
What you’ll do
- Help prospects discover the product value that fits their needs
- Collaborate with an international team pushing the leading edge of the field
- Become a confident product expert able to answer prospect questions on the spot
- Build deep SaaS sales expertise within the recognition-programs space
- Meet and exceed measurable performance goals to grow in the role
What we’re looking for
- At least 1 year of proven success in SaaS sales or a similar role
- Strong communication skills, patience, curiosity, and a friendly demeanor
- SaaS experience is a strong plus but not required
