About the Role
Jersey Watch is the all-in-one software platform built for youth sports organizations, helping volunteer-run leagues manage websites, registration, payments, schedules, and communication. They’re hiring their very first sales rep — a Sales & Customer Growth Lead — to own new customer acquisition from the ground up.
You’ll join a small, remote-first team of 10 that ships fast and talks to customers daily. Because the product is self-serve, this role blends sales and customer care — you’ll guide prospects to their “aha” moment and help them convert into long-term paying customers.
What you’ll do
- Own inbound sales across the full funnel — top, middle, and bottom
- Help ideal-customer prospects understand how Jersey Watch fits their organization
- Partner daily with the Customer Care team on new organization setup
- Occasionally step in to help onboard or troubleshoot for customers you brought in
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years of sales experience with the ability to ramp up quickly
- Comfort with autonomy and ownership as a company’s first sales hire
- Bonus: background in youth sports as a player, coach, referee, or parent volunteer
