The Team
Responsibilities
- Lead overall VIP Institutional marketing planning and execution to solidify Binance’s brand visibility as a leader in digital assets for institutional clients and VIP users.
- Develop and execute high-impact go-to-market (GTM) strategies for product launches targeting institutional clients and VIP users, collaborating with cross-functional teams like Product, Sales, Legal, PR and etc.
- Drive social media growth on X and LinkedIn, managing social strategies, maintaining a refined social calendar, and strengthening VIP community engagement.
- Oversee ideation and planning for offline event activations, supporting the development of product marketing materials, agenda creation, and liaising with key stakeholders for flagship events.
- Integrate lifecycle marketing, paid ads, and SEO strategies into the broader VIP growth strategy to enhance client engagement and drive retention.
- Develop educational material and a library of sales enablement material, support PR strategy and requirements.
Requirements
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on product marketing in either the traditional finance and/or crypto industry.
- Proven track record in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and high-impact marketing campaigns targeting institutional users.
- Strong understanding of the digital asset space, including products and services tailored to institutional investors, with a deep understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across global teams and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience with social media management and growth strategies, with a focus on driving engagement and building a community.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to leverage insights from campaign performance to optimize marketing efforts and measure ROI.
