Why you want this job

As an HTML/CSS Developer on our Marketing Technology team, you’ll help power the digital experiences behind our marketing campaigns. You’ll be responsible for transforming creative designs into clean, responsive, and scalable code across channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and landing pages. You’ll help evolve our modular template library, improve delivery performance, and ensure that we continue to deliver world-class experiences to our customers across every touchpoint.

What you’ll do

• Code responsive, high-performance marketing campaigns (email, SMS, push notifications, and landing pages)
• Collaborate with creative, engineering, analytics, and marketing stakeholders to bring designs to life
• Work inside enterprise systems like our CDP, CMS, and DAM to streamline delivery and simplify workflows
• Build and maintain modular, reusable templates to support marketing scale and agility
• Troubleshoot rendering or delivery issues across marketing platforms and resolve code-related bugs
• Contribute to the development of coding standards and documentation for broader team training and support
• Recommend new tools, processes, and strategies to optimize campaign delivery and performance

What you’ll need

• 1–2 years of experience in web development focused on multi-channel marketing campaigns
• Advanced proficiency in HTML and CSS, with a strong grasp of responsive design and best practices
• Familiarity with enterprise-level marketing tools such as Braze, ButterCMS, Redpoint, and Cloudinary
• Experience working with a CDP, CMS, or DAM to support content delivery and campaign workflows
• Understanding of email rendering across providers and devices, and knowledge of email deliverability best practices
• Exposure to Angular and SQL is helpful but not required
• Familiarity with design collaboration tools like Figma
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and shifting priorities

It is anticipated this position will have a salary within the range listed below, depending on the candidate’s qualifications for the role. The successful candidate may also be eligible to enroll in several benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and others provided the work schedule meets the minimum Company requirements.

United States Remote Salary Range$70,000—$75,000 USD
