Job Description
Take on an exciting role as a virtual property management assistant where you’ll be the primary point of contact for current and prospective tenants. Using modern VOIP technology and communication tools, you’ll manage incoming inquiries, coordinate property-related communications, and ensure exceptional customer service. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and messages through advanced VOIP system
- Respond professionally to tenant and prospect inquiries
- Manage initial rental property information requests
- Process and coordinate maintenance communications
- Document all interactions in the property management system
- Follow up with tenants regarding various property matters
- Maintain detailed communication records
- Coordinate with the property management team
- Handle time-sensitive communications
- Assist with tenant relationship management
