About the Role:
I run two businesses:
- A Virtual Receptionist company
- A Headhunting/Recruitment agency
I’m hiring a high-energy, personable Appointment Setter to follow up with pre-qualified leads who have already expressed interest in our services. These are not cold calls. Your job is to build rapport, explain the service clearly, and set appointments for me.

What You’ll Do:
- Call interested leads from our CRM
- Build quick rapport and set appointment
- Follow a clear, simple process — and do it consistently
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent spoken English with a neutral or light accent
(U.S.-based leads must be able to understand you easily) - Strong phone presence – friendly, confident, and professional
- Someone who’s hungry, motivated, and thrives on results
Technology Requirements:
- Internet speed: Minimum 40 Mbps
- Computer: Intel i3 or better, with at least 8 GB RAM
- Backup internet and power source required
Work Schedule:
- 5 days per week
- 9 hours per day (includes 1-hour lunch and two 15-minute breaks)
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST
