What You’ll Own
This is a senior, hands-on role.
Meta & Google Ads

Build and optimize campaigns for leads and bookings

Manage monthly ad budgets and scale what works

Run creative tests (video, UGC, reels, static images)

Improve CPL, CPA, and conversion rates month over month

Own all Search, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns

Restructure accounts, test keywords, improve Quality Scores

Drive high-intent leads for dive trips and group expeditions
Email Marketing

Conversion Optimization

What We’re Looking For
Required:
✔ 5+ years running Meta & Google Ads, email marketing hands-on
✔ Experience managing significant ad budgets in travel, e-commerce, or lead-gen
✔ Proven improvements in ROAS, CPL, CPA, CTR (with numbers)
✔ Ability to build campaigns from scratch – strategy + execution
✔ Strong analytical thinking
✔ Strong experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing & funnels
✔ Comfortable with autonomy, fast decisions, and startup-style work
✔ Able to attend video meetings during Pacific Time business hours and maintain responsive communication
✔ Fluent English

Work Style:
This is a high-ownership, results-driven role. Expect many weeks to be above 40 hours and to stay engaged outside traditional hours when campaigns demand it—launches, optimization sprints, or when issues arise. We move fast and reward performers who do whatever it takes to hit aggressive growth targets.
