We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Support Assistant to join our team and provide outstanding customer service while ensuring smooth operations across our online platforms. As an E-Commerce Support Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to product orders, shipping, returns, and more. You will collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and contribute to the overall growth and success of our e-commerce business.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers through multiple channels such as email, chat, or phone. -
Order Management: Help process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and shipment. -
Product Guidance: Assist customers with product inquiries, helping them select the best products based on their needs. -
Return & Refund Handling: Address return and refund requests, ensuring all processes are followed accurately. -
Data Entry & Maintenance: Manage and update product information, inventory levels, and customer records in the system. -
Collaboration: Work closely with logistics, sales, and product teams to ensure smooth customer interactions. -
Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and work with the team to implement improvements in processes and services.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus). -
Experience: Previous experience in customer service or e-commerce support is preferred. -
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to assist both technical and non-technical customers. -
Technical Skills: Proficient in using e-commerce platforms and CRM systems (experience with tools like Shopify, Zendesk, or similar is a plus). -
Problem-Solving: Ability to address customer issues effectively, demonstrating a proactive approach to resolving problems. -
Teamwork: Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a remote, multi-functional team environment. -
Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in processing orders, managing returns, and handling customer information.
