Role Description
This role involves designing and delivering enterprise-scale technology solutions that align with business goals. This role requires deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams through complex transformations.
- Partner with stakeholders across IT and business domains to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and cost-effective.
- Develop strong relationships within the Business Unit (BU) and technology leaders as well as within application teams.
- Architect and implement end-to-end solutions across cloud, desktop, and collaboration platforms.
- Mentor domain architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.
- Ensure adherence to architectural standards, security policies, compliance frameworks, and representation in architecture review boards.
- Provide planning, analysis, guidance, and definition of a business architecture that effectively supports the business strategy.
- Architect and design comprehensive technology supporting business solutions that meet BU requirements on high-impact projects.
- Apply broad knowledge of Centene’s business capabilities and service offerings to develop a portfolio of solution alternatives.
- Align organizational goals and capability implications with the required organizational change.
- Ensure the target state business process supports the capability requirements.
- Consult with business, data, and technical subject matter experts to identify how a given business architecture can support these goals.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business field (e.g., statistics, mathematics, engineering, computer science).
- 5 – 7 years of related experience or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope, and skill reflective of the level of this position.
Requirements
- Experience with End User Computing, M365 Collaboration and Content, Automation and Productivity AI, Communication and Messaging, Client Virtualization, Client Application Enablement.
- Knowledge of Cyber Security, Identity and Access technology and process, and MS Entra.
