About the Role
The Director of Strategic Accounts is responsible for building, maintaining, and nurturing strong business relationships with designated remarketing partners to maximize IAA’s revenue and customer experience. The Director of Strategic Accounts will communicate regularly with assigned customers and discuss performance, resolve customer queries, and identify opportunities to increase customer engagement with RB Global. The Director of Strategic Accounts will work closely with the Strategic Account, Strategic Account Management team, Operations, Product, Performance Excellence, Marketing and other departments as necessary.
