As a Senior Backend Developer at Bridgit, you’ll take ownership of designing, testing, and building new backend solutions, while also extending and maintaining our existing systems. - Proven backend expertise – You have hands-on experience building high-quality software and a strong command of C#, Go, or another modern backend language.
- System design chops – You’re skilled in architecting and building scalable, distributed systems, and can clearly articulate your design decisions.
- Data-savvy mindset – You’ve worked extensively with SQL and/or NoSQL databases. Bonus points if you’ve spent time with PostgreSQL or Redis.
- Product-driven passion – You’re excited to build and ship real SaaS products used by real customers. You’ve actually deployed and maintained services in production environments.
- Curious and forward-thinking – You stay current with the latest technologies and development practices, and you’re especially interested in the potential of AI and LLMs.

You can expect to work on Bridgit Bench, our main product which:
- Is built with services written in C# (.NET Core) and Go
- Exposes both REST and GraphQL APIs
- Runs on AWS
- Operates in Kubernetes, with infrastructure managed as code using Terraform
- Leverages serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda
- Is continuously deployed to production through automated CI/CD pipelines
