What You’ll Do

Own and deliver high-quality UI across platforms (web + mobile) in collaboration with design and product, from early prototypes to polished production.

Drive front-end performance—you’ll instrument, analyze, and optimize for speed, responsiveness, and bundle size across key user flows.

Hold a high bar for visual quality, accessibility, platform compatibility, and polish that delights players.

Prototype rapidly to validate ideas, accelerating learning and iteration cycles.

Raise the bar by writing clean, reusable, maintainable code and influencing team engineering practices through reviews and pairing.

Evaluate and apply new tools and frameworks, shaping the evolution of our front-end stack with pragmatism and care.

Contribute technical insight to roadmap planning, breaking down features, surfacing tradeoffs, and helping shape solutions that are both usable and feasible.
You Might Be a Fit If You…

Think of yourself as a full-stack engineer who leans front-end, and you enjoy working closely with design and product.

Have deep expertise in React/React Native, TypeScript, and component systems.

Have experience delivering cross-platform UIs using frameworks like React Native (we use Expo and Tamagui).
