But let’s be real: not all creators are built the same. Some have that magic mix of audience, ambition, insight, and influence. And we want those star creators on Supercast, where they’ll join chart-topping peers like Huberman Lab, My Favorite Murder and This American Life.
Your job? Get them here. We’re looking for someone who wakes up thinking about their top 100 target list — and goes to sleep plotting creative ways to get through the side door when everyone else is hitting the front door. Tactful, calculated and persistent, you’re a strategist who knows how to play the long game.
What You’ll Own
- The List. You’ll build and obsessively maintain a living, breathing Top 100 creator target list. And each quarter, you’ll zero in on the Top 5 we’re going to land and the goals we’re going to help them accomplish.
- The Approach. For each partner, you’ll develop tailored, well-researched outreach that actually gets noticed. Whether that’s a cold DM with punch, a clever mutual connection, a backchannel through their agent, or a surprise gift that hits just right – you’ll find a way.
- The Progress. You’ll track your pipeline with discipline and clarity – not because we love CRMs (we don’t), but because every step forward is a step closer to the win. You’ll know what’s working, what’s stalling, and what your next move is.
- The Setup. Your job is to open the door. To get that first meeting on the calendar, warmed up, and primed for a strategic sales conversation with our partnerships lead. You’re not expected to close (yet) – you’re here to light the spark and set the table for conversion.

- Dog-with-a-bone energy. You don’t give up. You try angles others haven’t. You follow up without being annoying. You play the long game, but you’re ready to strike when the moment’s right.
- Tact + Taste. You know how to approach high-profile creators (and their teams) with class. You understand timing. And you know the difference between persistent and pushy.
- Creative thinking. You turn “no reply” into an opportunity. You see a “not now” as an invitation to stay top of mind. You know how to make your outreach feel like a gift.
- Startup savvy. You move fast, write well, and thrive in ambiguity. You don’t need a playbook — you build it as you go.
- Credibility. You speak Creator, can point to partnerships you’re proud of, and you know how to drive a sales pipeline.
How We Measure Success
- Creator Fit. We track the strategic fit of each creator based on our internal criteria—the more aligned your sourced leads are, the better
- Discovery Calls Booked. A clear indicator of momentum, but only with creators we should be working with.
- Creator Insights. What are you learning about the creator landscape that can help us evolve how we find and support the right partners?
