About the Role:
We are seeking an AI-savvy Marketing & Outreach Specialist to support the client’s organic growth, lead generation, content distribution, and customer engagement initiatives.
This role combines AI-assisted content creation, CRM management, marketing automation, lead research, personalized outreach, and process optimization. The ideal candidate is naturally curious, embraces new technologies, and actively uses AI tools to improve efficiency, increase engagement, and scale marketing efforts.
This person should be comfortable taking ownership of projects, testing new ideas, analyzing results, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Publish, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and other digital platforms.
- Repurpose existing content into posts, email campaigns, outreach materials, and marketing assets using AI tools.
- Manage, segment, and nurture leads within HubSpot, Intercom, and other CRM platforms.
- Build, launch, and optimize automated campaigns and workflows.
- Conduct lead research and execute personalized outreach campaigns.
- Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify and engage prospective clients.
- Leverage AI tools to create content, conduct research, personalize messaging, summarize information, and improve workflows.
- Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve engagement and conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline activity.
- Support lead generation initiatives, product demonstrations, and follow-up campaigns.
Requirements
- Previous experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, lead generation, CRM management, or marketing operations.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, Jasper, HeyGen, or similar platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI tools and online communities (such as Reddit) for research, audience insights, content ideation, and market analysis.
- Experience with HubSpot, Intercom, Klaviyo, or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience creating and managing content across LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Reddit, and other digital platforms.
- Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other prospecting tools.
- Familiarity with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, or similar tools.
- Excellent written and spoken English (C1–C2 preferred).
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
Compensation
- US$1,200–US$1,300 per month (depending on experience).
