We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Delivery Project Manager who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment. You are someone who owns our internal systems like a business partner, not someone who waits to be told what to do next. You have experience driving execution across multiple teams, holding stakeholders accountable to deadlines, and ensuring that no detail—no matter how small—ever slips through the cracks. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable being the “enforcer” who keeps our operations running like clockwork.

We are Vinculum Services, a U.S.-based e-commerce consultancy that works with Amazon brands across advertising, operations, and creative. Our project managers are the backbone of our delivery team, ensuring we act as trusted advisors to our clients rather than mere order-takers.
