We’re looking for a Sales Team Manager to help scale our team to the next level. XO Angels is a fast-growing influencer management start-up filled with ambitious A-Players, and we need a strong leader to coach our sales team, recruit top talent, and keep performance at its peak. You’ll also be responsible for replacing underperforming chat agents and ensuring the entire sales team runs like a well-oiled machine.

What You’ll Do
👥 Lead the Team
Manage and support a team of 20+ Chat Agents in the Philippines, keeping things running smoothly and making sure they perform at their best.
📊 Track KPIs & Optimise Performance
Keep an eye on key performance metrics, identify growth opportunities, and fine-tune our strategies to maximize results.
🎯 Recruit & Train Top Talent
Hire, onboard, and coach new team members while maintaining high performance standards across the board.
💬 Master Text-Based Sales
Become the go-to expert in converting customers through chat and help the team perfect their approach.
⚙️ Improve Processes
Refine workflows, implement best practices, and make data-driven adjustments to boost efficiency and revenue.
