We are seeking a talented individual to join our Operation Center. This role will be based in Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka, Japan. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

- マーシュジャパン顧客企業の委託により、自動車購入時に購入者が加入する保証制度（※）の事務局業務を担当する部署。（※購入した車の事故や故障の際の修理費用保証を行う制度。）
- 契約申込み、問合せ対応、及び関連事務が主な業務。

What you need to have:
求める経験値やスキル
- コールセンターまたは事務センターの業務経験
- PCスキル：エクセル、ワード、OUTLOOK など

- 土日の営業（10時～18時）を行っている部署のため、シフト勤務ができる方を希望
