Summary of Position:

This is a key sales role with overall responsibility for achieving the client’s installation goals with assigned prospects. This position is responsible for contacting multi-tenant properties, property management companies, and building owners to discuss installing our client’s solutions in their multi-tenant buildings throughout Canada.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifying high-value prospects for our client and working with assigned leads and territories.
    • Makes daily outbound calls/emails to property managers, building owners, and property management companies to persuade them to allow installation of our client’s solutions, which makes it easier for delivery drivers to deliver packages.
    • Works with the Sales Manager and other Regional Sales Executives to establish strategic goals and action plans.
    • Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on opportunities and the sales funnel status.

Work Schedule

  • 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch.
    • This is a salaried position, exempt from overtime. However, we do not expect you to work overtime hours.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES)
● 3 to 5 years of successful telephone sales experience.
● The ability to build a strong sales pipeline and manage monthly goals is required.
● Proven history of strong sales results.
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficiency in Excel and Word.

● Experience using CRM systems.
