About the Role

A fast-growing, fully remote company is seeking a Marketing Specialist โ€“ Online Funnels to support and scale digital marketing campaigns that directly drive growth. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented marketer who understands how to build and optimize online funnels, create compelling content, and leverage data to improve performance.

The Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing multi-channel campaigns, managing online brand presence, and enabling the sales team with high-quality leads and conversion-focused marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content marketing, and more)

  • Monitor the performance of direct-response campaigns using CRM and marketing platform analytics

  • Create compelling, brand-aligned content for ads, social media, and sales/marketing collateral

  • Manage company social media accounts, including scheduling, engagement, and reporting

  • Strengthen the companyโ€™s online brand presence to support both client acquisition and talent recruitment

  • Track and report on key campaign performance metrics and KPIs to guide future strategies

  • Support the management of marketing tools and platforms (email marketing, CRM systems, etc.) for campaign optimization

  • Maintain organized records of marketing activities, budgets, and expenses for accurate reporting

Required Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing or a related role with a solid understanding of marketing principles

  • Strong copywriting skills with a focus on conversion and audience engagement

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing tools for scheduling and analytics

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns accordingly

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, remote environment

  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills in English

  • High attention to detail with a creative and problem-solving mindset

Bonus Skills

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp)

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization for search engines

  • Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

  • Basic understanding of paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Ads

  • Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results to inform strategy
