Key Responsibilities

As our PCN expert, you will be the driving force behind revenue growth and customer excellence across our PCN business. You will guide strategic partnerships, lead contract reviews, and ensure that our services evolve with legislation and industry demand.

  • Grow and manage PCN contract revenue with our Account Managers.
  • Lead high-level contract reviews with key PCN clients to unlock new value.
  • Monitor and apply the latest PCN and compliance legislation to enhance our service offering.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Commercial Team and internal departments to align strategies and ensure seamless operations.
  • Be the go-to subject matter expert for PCN services within Logistics UK.
  • Shape product development and marketing campaigns to expand our market presence.
  • Review PCN profiles and identify cost-saving opportunities for new and existing customers.
  • Champion the use of our customer portal, Vision, as the trusted source of PCN information.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in transport compliance or PCN-related roles.
  • Solid understanding of PCN processes and UK road transport regulations.
  • Commercial mindset and a collaborative approach.
  • Passion for customer success and operational efficiency.
