The Opportunity

Our Lifecycle Marketing team is growing fast, and we’re looking for a Email (Graphic) Designer who is excited to craft email and SMS experiences that are not only visually stunning but also highly effective. You’ll work closely with strategists, copywriters, and retention experts to design campaigns that drive engagement, conversion, and loyalty for some of the fastest-growing brands in the world. You’ll join a collaborative, remote-first team that values fresh ideas, attention to detail, and bold creativity grounded in performance.

Who You Are

You’re a thoughtful, skilled designer with a strong foundation in email best practices and a sharp eye for brand. You’re collaborative by nature and thrive in environments where you can share ideas, take feedback, and present work with confidence. You’re comfortable working with clients, thinking strategically about visual storytelling, and iterating quickly in a fast-paced agency setting.

What You’ll Do

  • Design high-performing email campaigns, flows, and SMS graphics for DTC brands
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients from concept to launch
  • Create engaging visuals including GIFs, animated elements, and responsive layouts
  • Apply email design best practices and accessibility standards across every touchpoint
  • Present design ideas clearly and incorporate feedback with agility
  • Maintain consistency across brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries

Work Style & Collaboration

This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide. While we support flexible work arrangements, most collaboration occurs within Eastern and Central North American time zones. Availability during standard business hours in those zones is preferred to support real-time coordination with clients and internal teams.

Requirements

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of graphic design experience (agency or DTC brand experience preferred)
  • Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and other modern design tools
  • Strong portfolio of digital work, with examples of high-performing emails or campaigns
  • Understanding of email design best practices, user experience, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience working in a client-facing environment
  • Ability to manage feedback, deadlines, and multiple projects with clarity and focus
  • Passion for creating thoughtful, detail-oriented work that delivers results

Benefits

Compensation & What to Expect After You Apply

Salary range: $55,000 – $70,000 USD
