Sales Development Specialist – aka Setter’s

What You’ll Do:

As an elite Appointment Setter your role is to be the first point of contact for our high-value leads, filtering out the noise and ensuring that only the most qualified prospects move forward.

Own the Qualification Process: You’ll be responsible for running high-energy, high-intent calls to qualify leads and set them up for closers. You’ll ensure every lead is properly vetted, engaged, and ready to buy before they hit the next stage.

Create Urgency & Buy-In: You’re not just booking appointments—you’re positioning the opportunity in a way that makes prospects excited to show up. No-show rates kill momentum, so you’ll master the art of getting commitments and pre-framing value.

Tighten the Pipeline: Not every lead is worth moving forward. You’ll filter out time-wasters and non-decision makers, ensuring that only the highest-quality prospects reach the closers.

Refine & Improve Constantly: Every call is an opportunity to get better. You’ll be expected to review your calls, track your performance, and continuously optimize your approach. We train, refine, and adapt fast.

Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with Closers, Marketing, and Leadership to ensure alignment on the sales process, identify patterns in lead quality, and continuously improve results.

Crush Your KPIs & Raise the Bar: You’ll be tracking every metric—show rates, conversions, and booking efficiency. The goal? Exceed targets, push standards higher, and dominate the ANZ market.
