Job Description

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Total Experience 11+
  • Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations.
  • Excellent understanding of Salesforce system architecture and module interdependencies.
  • Strong domain expertise in CPG, Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), and Field Sales operations.
  • Proven experience delivering large-scale, multi-country or global Salesforce programs.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud data models and Retail Execution framework.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and Lightning Experience.
  • Experience designing mobile-first solutions with offline data synchronization.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and visibility models.
  • Experience with large data volume (LDV) design and performance optimization.
  • Expertise in Salesforce integration patterns (REST, SOAP, Platform Events, middleware).
  • Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and release management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Salesforce certifications (CTA track, CG Cloud, Platform Developer, Architecture Designer) are preferred

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Writing and reviewing great quality code.
  • Lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud implementations across multiple markets.
  • Define current-state and future-state CG Cloud architecture aligned with Salesforce best practices.
  • Design scalable solutions across Retail Execution, Trade Promotion Management (TPM), Sales Planning, and Salesforce platform components.
  • Identify gaps in retail execution and trade processes and create roadmaps leveraging CG Cloud out-of-the-box capabilities.
  • Evaluate and recommend OOTB, custom, and AppExchange solutions (e.g., geolocation, mapping, visit optimization).
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Field Teams, Product Owners, and Market Leads to translate CPG business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Lead design workshops, prototypes, and proofs of concept for mobile visit planning, execution, and promotion workflows.
  • Architect data models using Consumer Goods Enhanced Data Model and Retail Execution objects.
  • Design security, sharing, and visibility models for field users, managers, and cross-functional teams, including offline access.
  • Define large data volume (LDV) strategies for visit, activity, and execution data.
  • Drive mobile-first Retail Execution solutions with offline sync and performance optimization.
  • Provide architectural guidance for CG Cloud customizations using Lightning Experience, LWC, Apex, and Flow.
  • Architect integrations with ERP, WMS, TPM platforms, and data lakes using APIs and event-driven integration patterns.
  • Act as technical and release lead across Development, UAT, and Production environments.
  • Oversee configuration, development, QA, mobile testing, and deployment activities.
  • Create and maintain CG Cloud architecture diagrams, design documents, and best practices.
  • Mentor and guide cross-functional delivery teams on CG Cloud architecture and Salesforce standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
