About the Role
Solé Bicycles is a fast-growing U.S. consumer brand designing stylish electric and non-electric bikes for riders across the country. They’re hiring a hands-on, operationally minded Head of Marketing to own execution and performance across every channel — online sales, retail, and corporate/B2B.
This is a fully remote role, but you’ll need to be available during Pacific time business hours to stay aligned with the team.
What you’ll do
- Own the marketing calendar and execution across Direct Web, Venice Retail, Encinitas Retail, and Corporate channels
- Build repeatable systems and SOPs behind every recurring marketing motion
- Manage merchandising updates, collection launches, and on-site content for solebicycles.com
- Run cold outreach for new partnerships and initiatives
- Lead weekly performance reviews with the CEO and leadership team
What we’re looking for
- A process-builder who documents systems rather than becoming a bottleneck
- Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital and offline channels
- Comfortable pulling data and making defensible recommendations without an analyst
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication
- Bonus: graphic design experience or a genuine affinity for bikes and beach/lifestyle culture
