About the Role
Porkbun is a fully remote domain name registrar selling over 500 domain extensions directly to consumers, with 500,000+ active customers and nearly 4 million domains under management. They’re hiring multiple U.S.-based, full-time Live Technical Support Representatives to bolster live phone and chat coverage.
This role requires weekend availability (Saturday–Sunday) as part of a 40-hour work week, and pays a starting salary of $40,000/year plus benefits.
What you’ll do
- Answer phone, chat, and email support requests as the primary daily focus
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to domains and hosting
- Deliver friendly, personalized support that lives up to Porkbun’s reputation
What we’re looking for
- Must be based in and eligible to work in the USA
- At least two years of tech support experience (help desk or customer-facing)
- Resourceful problem solver who enjoys helping people
- Available for standard shifts including weekends
