About the Role
CRAE GROUP LTD is a fast-growing B2B company looking for a Customer Support Representative to join their remote team. You’ll handle live chat and email support, keep a calm and empathetic tone with customers, and help resolve issues efficiently.
This role runs on a 4-days-on, 4-days-off schedule, with a choice between a day shift (10:00–22:00) or night shift (22:00–10:00), both on Cyprus local time. Open to candidates across several Central and Eastern European countries.
What you’ll do
- Communicate with customers through live chat and email
- Keep a prompt, empathetic tone in every interaction
- Acknowledge and resolve customer issues and questions
- Stay current on product terms, offers, and features
- Escalate advanced queries to the right internal team
- Do first-pass investigation on incoming issues before escalating
What we’re looking for
- Strong written and spoken English
- Solid computer literacy and comfortable, accurate typing
- Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- At least 2 years of experience in online customer support
- Based in Bulgaria, Cyprus, Estonia, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Poland, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, or Ukraine
Compensation, Perks & Benefits
