The Role

Step into the world of luxury fashion and exquisite jewelry as a Customer Support Agent. You’ll play a crucial role in supporting a tech-driven, trend-savvy brand by using their bespoke communication app to assist customers across every touchpoint—from discovery to delivery.

This role isn’t just about answering queries—it’s about enhancing each customer’s journey with style, empathy, and expert guidance, ensuring that they feel valued and well cared for at every step.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver prompt, polished, and friendly customer support through the company’s proprietary communication app
  • Assist customers throughout the entire shopping experience—from product selection to post-purchase queries
  • Provide real-time updates on order and shipment status
  • Share detailed product knowledge and style advice to help customers make confident buying decisions
  • Resolve issues with empathy, professionalism, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Maintain and update the brand’s FAQ and knowledge base to ensure accurate information
  • Embody the brand’s values, voice, and tone in every customer interaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to relay customer feedback and support product or process improvements

Requirements

  • Speaks with confidence and clarity and intuitively understands luxury-level customer care
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Prior customer service experience—ideally in fashion, jewelry, or high-end retail
  • Strong logic and problem-solving skills; able to handle complex issues with ease
  • Tech-savvy and adaptable to new digital tools and systems
  • Passionate about fashion, jewelry, and current style trends
  • Self-driven and comfortable working remotely without constant supervision
  • Culturally aware and sensitive to a diverse, international customer base
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Available to work full-time during European business hours, with flexibility for extended shifts
  • Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
