Schedule:

  • Full-time (40 hours/week)
  • Option 1: Split shift (6am-10am and 6pm-10pm PM AEST)
  • Option 2: Standard shift (7am – 4pm PM AEST, including 1-hour break)

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Australian healthcare administration
  • MUST HAVE A WINDOWS OS COMPUTER
  • Strong working knowledge of Medicare systems and processes
  • Proficiency with clinical software systems and digital healthcare tools
  • Excellent organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining team coordination
  • Comfortable with technology and digital systems
