We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our client’s B2B marketing initiatives, ensuring measurable growth through high-impact campaigns, funnel optimization, and thought leadership amplification. This role blends hands-on execution with strategic vision, making it a key driver of the company’s brand visibility, lead generation, and overall marketing performance.
Position: Full-time
Schedule: US-EST Business Hours
Monthly Rate: Starts at Php 60,000, negotiable based on experience
Key Responsibilities
Lead and optimize marketing campaigns for speaking engagements and workshops
Enhance digital funnels to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs
Oversee content strategy, editorial calendars, and multi-channel engagement
Develop and execute referral and partner marketing initiatives
Track KPIs, analyze business scorecards, and implement data-driven improvements
Streamline marketing operations and introduce automation for efficiency
Required Qualifications
5+ years of B2B digital marketing experience with a proven execution track record
Expertise in content marketing, brand positioning, and community engagement
Strong experience in funnel optimization and campaign management
Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills
Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
Preferred Skills
Experience in professional services, consulting, or SaaS marketing
Proficiency in KPI tracking and data-driven decision-making
Strong communication and presentation abilities
Knowledge of marketing automation tools and CRM systems
Expertise in partner and referral marketing to expand business reach
