Sales Representative – Tech Recruiting Services

Remote | Full-Time | Commission + Base

We’re looking for a driven Sales Representative to join our fast-growing team at AlumniHub. You’ll be selling premium recruiting services that connect companies with senior-level tech talent from our exclusive community of 6,000+ experts from Big Techs and scaleups.

What You’ll Do:

  • Identify and reach out to startups and scaleups hiring senior tech professionals

  • Pitch our high-conversion, fast-turnaround hiring solution

  • Manage the sales cycle from outreach to close

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships

You Have:

  • Proven 3+ years of experience in B2B sales (ideally HRTech, SaaS, or staffing)

  • Confidence speaking with founders, HR heads, and tech leaders

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills

  • A results-driven mindset

  • English proficiency at C1 level or higher

Nice to Have (not required):

  • BSc or MSc in STEM

  • You are an ex-techie (engineer, researcher, tech product manager, etc.)

  • Good network of early-stage startup founders
