Our Customer Success Team is looking for a talented Senior PL/SQL Developer – L3 Application Support to join a rapidly-growing team in a company that revolutionizes the way that credit risk is managed.
As Senior Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our clients on the operation and maintenance of EXUS installations in their premises.
Due to our global presence working in different time zones will be required.
Role’s Responsibilities
- Developing and deploying Change Requests, including testing, installing, and maintaining of EXUS proprietary software with a strong focus on PL/SQL development.
- Investigating and resolving incidents reported via EXUS’ Helpdesk platform (JIRA).
- Analyzing, resolving, and tracking reported incidents in collaboration with Engineering teams.
- Maintaining effective and professional communication with clients on a regular basis.
- Mentoring and guiding junior team members to support their growth and knowledge development.
- Producing and maintaining technical documentation.
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Strong expertise in PL/SQL development and working with Oracle Databases.
- High experience in writing complex PL/SQL stored procedures, functions, packages, etc.
- Strong SQL Performance Tuning skills.
- Familiarity with DBA tasks is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience with Collections or Banking systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with a customer-first mindset.
- Organized and methodical approach to managing and following up on customer issues.
- Proficient in English.
- Willingness to work on standby calls, Weekends and Public Holidays, if needed.
