Data Entry Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to input, update, and maintain accurate data in our systems and databases. You are to have strong typing skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

Accurately input data into company databases and systems.

Verify and review data for errors or inconsistencies; correct when necessary.

Maintain data integrity and confidentiality.

Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.

Retrieve data as requested by authorized personnel.

Maintain logs or activity records of tasks completed.

Assist with general office duties such as filing, organizing paperwork, and supporting administrative tasks.

Job Requirements:

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.

Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role preferred.

Skills:

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and data entry software.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
