We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Supply Chain Specialist to oversee and improve the flow of goods and materials from suppliers to customers. The ideal candidate will ensure supply chain processes are efficient, cost-effective, and meet high-quality standards while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage end-to-end supply chain processes including procurement, inventory, logistics, and distribution.

Develop supply chain strategies to reduce costs and improve service levels.

Monitor supplier performance, manage relationships, and resolve issues as needed.

Analyze data and generate reports to support demand forecasting and inventory optimization.

Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Sales, Production, Finance) to align supply chain goals with business objectives.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Use ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to manage supply chain transactions and records.

Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or related field.

2–5 years of experience in a supply chain or logistics role (more for senior positions).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in supply chain software and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems).

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Understanding of lean principles, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies (preferred).
Preferred Certifications:

APICS Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM)

Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)

Six Sigma Green Belt or higher
