Key Responsibilities:
- Enter patient information and health records into our electronic database system
- Maintain and update patient records on a regular basis
- Ensure data accuracy and completeness at all times
- Organize and file physical records as needed
- Prepare reports and documents using the collected data
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to obtain missing information or clarify discrepancies
- Uphold confidentiality and data security standards at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to improve data entry processes and systems
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar position
- High proficiency in computer systems and a basic understanding of electronic databases
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and speed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle a high volume of data and multitask effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong work ethic and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience working in a healthcare setting is a plus
- Flexible to work either off site or on site as needed
