We’re looking for a driven Account Executive with a hunter’s mindset. This isn’t a role where you wait for leads to come in — you’ll own your pipeline from day one, building relationships, opening doors, and driving deals across your territory. Take full ownership of your pipeline — prospecting, qualifying, and moving deals forward.

Drive outbound efforts through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking to generate new opportunities.

Build strong relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders.

Run consultative sales cycles, uncovering needs and positioning the right solutions.

Consistently hit (and exceed) your sales targets by closing high-value consulting deals.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients get real value from what we deliver.

Develop a network of key partners to serve as force multipliers in your territory.

3+ years of B2B experience in a direct sales role with a hunter mentality — you know how to build your pipeline from scratch.

Strong outbound prospecting skills — comfortable creating your own opportunities.

Success leading complex, consultative sales cycles with technical buyers – CTOs, CISOs, VP of Engineering.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.

Conversant in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and software development solutions from a strategic or outcomes-based perspective.

Comfortable taking charge, owning results, and figuring things out even when the path isn’t clear.

Background in technical consulting or professional services.

Experience selling into technical buyer groups or complex organizations.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

Trained in MEDDICC and comfortable using it as a guide to keep deals moving and stay focused on what matters.
