Role Description
This role involves being a trusted guide and partner for our Accredited Businesses (ABs), providing consultative support to maximize the value of their accreditation.
- Deliver proactive outreach that drives business success
- Host regular check-ins and share strategic insights
- Discover business goals and connect ABs to the right tools, resources, and opportunities
- Develop retention strategies to address potential issues
- Communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence across various channels
- Stay updated on policies and best practices
- Maintain an accurate database
- Engage with the 740 Benefit Queue professionally
- Tackle special projects as needed

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
