Role Description

This role involves being a trusted guide and partner for our Accredited Businesses (ABs), providing consultative support to maximize the value of their accreditation.

  • Deliver proactive outreach that drives business success
  • Host regular check-ins and share strategic insights
  • Discover business goals and connect ABs to the right tools, resources, and opportunities
  • Develop retention strategies to address potential issues
  • Communicate with clarity, compassion, and confidence across various channels
  • Stay updated on policies and best practices
  • Maintain an accurate database
  • Engage with the 740 Benefit Queue professionally
  • Tackle special projects as needed

Qualifications

  • Passion for helping businesses grow and succeed
  • Natural curiosity, resourcefulness, and solutions-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in consultative conversations
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
  • Effective communication with empathy
  • Team player who supports colleagues
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking candidates preferred
