360 Finance is seeking a driven and adaptable Account Manager to fuel success and growth for our customers within our rapidly expanding point-of-sale financing product.
This role goes beyond traditional account management. You’ll be responsible for strategically upselling, consulting, and nurturing partnerships with decision-makers at home services companies generating $5M–$400M in annual revenue. Your primary focus will be helping contractors successfully implement and adopt 360 Finance solutions to increase close rates and drive revenue.
As the primary point of contact for a portfolio of 30–40 active customers, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams—including lender operations, sales, product, and engineering—to ensure high standards of service, smooth onboarding, and measurable performance outcomes. You will also support new customer accounts as they are signed by the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition into long-term success.
360 Finance, part of the Modernize Home Services portfolio, is a point-of-sale financing platform designed to help contractors close more jobs and provide better purchasing power to homeowners. We partner with leading lenders to offer fast, flexible financing solutions, empowering contractors to offer smarter payment options at the kitchen table.
Responsibilities
- Understand clients’ objectives, approaches, results, and challenges to create strategic account plans that drive satisfaction, retention, and lifetime value.
- Engage directly with decision-makers—from office managers to C-level executives and owner-operators—to present financing solutions that drive adoption and long-term value.
- Network within our account base to provide key recommendations, testimonials, and case studies to stakeholders.
- Work with lender ops, sales, product, and engineering to ensure high standards of service across the organization
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of 360 Finance’s platform, operational processes, and best practices.
- Monitor account health, identify risk factors, and proactively drive product satisfaction and usage.
- Analyze data to identify risk factors and optimize performance.
- Prepare and deliver ongoing account performance reports.
- Uphold our core values and collaborate positively across departments.
Requirements
- 2+ years of account management experience with proven success in upselling and cross-selling; enterprise experience is a plus.
- Experience in financial services, lending, or point-of-sale financing is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and intermediate to strong Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools like Tableau is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present to executive-level stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen to drive performance and decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage onboarding through renewal while building strategic partnerships.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and managing shifting priorities.
- Highly organized and process-driven with strong attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The expected salary range for this position is $52,000 USD to $75,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; (2) retirement benefits; (3) the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); (4) any other tax-reportable benefits.
