About the Role
You’ll be the glue that holds the sales engine together. From CRM upkeep to inbox wizardry, you’ll keep everything flowing so the sales team can focus on enrolling and engaging students.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Keep sales pipelines tidy and updated in HubSpot
- Send invoices, chase payments, and track course enrolments
- Maintain dashboards and weekly scorecards
- Organise sales call recordings and team docs
- Help with SOPs, templates, and comms
- Support the team with ad hoc admin
Your Key Responsibilities
- Draft, send, and follow up on invoices
- Maintain CRM accuracy (HubSpot)
- Update enrolment trackers and dashboards
- Coordinate voicemails, emails, and sales bookings
- Support documentation and process improvement
About YOU
- Comfortable working independently
- Sharp eye for detail and love for admin tasks
- Confident communicator and super organised
- Tech-savvy with CRMs, spreadsheets, and templates
About YOUR Work History
- 1–2 years of admin or sales support experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot or similar tools
- Bonus if you’ve supported RTOs or education businesses
