CDN Support Engineer II
As a CDN Support Engineer II, you’ll play a critical hands-on role in supporting customers across our blazing-fast global network, built with over 150 Tbps of capacity and 119+ edge locations worldwide.
At bunny.net, support engineers encounter one-of-a-kind and demanding situations daily, as each support request is distinct. This role is ideal for someone familiar with bunny.net’s offerings or who has worked in a similar CDN, networking, or edge computing environment. You’ll help solve real-time technical issues, guide users through complex troubleshooting, and contribute to the positive reputation that earned us bunny.net/”>bunny.net before.
