You’ll act as the trusted partner for clients, driving measurable results through data-driven strategies, testing, and performance optimization.

What You’ll Do
- Be the primary point of contact for client relationships, ensuring successful delivery of CRO initiatives.
- Conduct data analysis, A/B testing, and funnel performance reviews to uncover opportunities for growth.
- Build and execute tailored CRO strategies that align with each client’s unique goals.
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations in a clear, actionable way to clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with design, development, and marketing teams to bring CRO strategies to life.
- Strengthen relationships with agency partners and ensure measurable outcomes.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Conversion Rate Optimization (agency, SaaS, or client-side).
- Strong analytical skills with tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Optimizely, or VWO.
- Excellent client-facing communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear strategies and next steps.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and balancing competing priorities.
- A mix of strategic consulting mindset and hands-on execution skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a digital marketing agency, consultancy, or growth-focused environment.
- Familiarity with e-commerce, SaaS, or high-growth digital products.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, CRMs, and advanced reporting dashboards.
