Core Data Management Representative – Long Term Temp – 100% remote

FlexStaff is seeking a Core Data Management Representative for our client, a leading distributer of health care products.

• Temporary role from June 1 through February 28, 2026
• *100% remote*
• $18.50 per hr
• 8:15am-4:45pm EST

This position is responsible for prioritizing and completing work assignments as directed. Responsible for content process of properly classifying new products, creating proper descriptions based upon product category templates and securing and maintaining product images for use on the sales eCommerce channels. Assists with on-going maintenance of Distributor Catalogs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assists with the collection of all appropriate attributes and complete product descriptions for new items initiated by others using established templates.
• Collect and assign data values for products to appropriate areas.
• Ensure all newly initiated items adhere to previously established category rules.

Digital Asset Management

• Assist with the collection and loading of product images for new items initiated by others.
• Collect other digital assets and supporting documents for product offerings.

Enrichment of Content

• Gather product data from Supplier Partners and Product Category Managers to develop product specifications, product overview, companion items and suggested products for the Product Information Management system. Assist in loading information into Digital Asset Manager.
• Ensure consistency and standards across all product categories.
• Monitor product information on an ongoing basis.
• Respond to identified errors or poor-quality descriptions, images and correct or upgrade for both existing and new items.

Catalog Management

• Perform basic web catalog maintenance
• Accessing the team mailbox to resolving catalog and help window request.

SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Knowledge of AS400/JD Edwards a plus
• Microsoft Office knowledge including Excel and TEAMS
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to conduct thorough research

MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:

Typically, 3 or more years of related experience.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

Typically, High School education, vocational training and/or on-the-job training. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
