As a Customer Service & Sales Support Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in the client journey from initial discovery through ongoing relationship management. Responsibilities
  • Conduct engaging Zoom discovery calls with prospective clients to understand their needs and build relationships
  • Master the GoHighLevel CRM platform to manage customer relationships and execute marketing automation strategies
  • Handle inbound and outbound phone calls, providing outstanding customer service and support
  • Execute various administrative tasks that keep business operations running smoothly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire client lifecycle
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless client experiences

Requirements

  • Proven proficiency in using Zoom for professional discovery calls and virtual meetings
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel CRM platform for customer relationship management and marketing automation
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle phone conversations professionally and effectively
  • Demonstrated reliability and trustworthiness in previous work experiences
  • Positive attitude and enthusiastic approach to daily tasks and challenges
  • Strong team player mentality with collaborative spirit
  • Ability to commit to full-time schedule (40 hours per week)
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills
